  • Flodesk – for managing our email list

  • Google Analytics – for tracking site usage

  • WooCommerce  – for managing digital orders

We retain contact form submissions and email list data indefinitely (unless you request deletion), so we can continue providing service or resources. Website analytics data is stored as per Google Analytics retention settings.

Your rights over your data

If you have submitted a form or subscribed to our list, you can request to receive a copy of the data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
